To all Incorporated Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: The following telegram has been received from the UNITED STATES VETERANS’ BUREAU: “ Approximately 100,000 Adjusted Service Certificates issued without ‘A ’ number. This does not affect their validity in any way. Number in lower left hand corner should be used for iden tifying certificates where a number is not given.” This is for your information.
