Federal reserve Bank OF DALLAS F IS C A L A G E N T O F T H E U N IT E D S T A T E S Dallas, Texas, September 11, 1943 To All Banking Institutions in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: Supplementing our circular of August 4, 1943, there are listed herein / the names of the banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District which qualified as Depositaries for the receipt of Withheld Taxes during the period August 4 to September 4. It is anticipated that additional banks will qualify, and on or about October 4 a new list will be distributed that will include all banks qualified up to and including September 30, 1943. As it would be desirable to have the new list as complete as possible, eligible banks which intend to qualify are urged to make application at an early date. The necessary instructions and appropriate forms will be forwarded to such banks upon request.
