Our Bulletin 13, 'which was forwarded to your office in September 1972, entitled "Collection of Cash Items Through the Regional Check Processing Centers," describes the terms and conditions under which we will handle cash items for col lection at Regional Check Processing Centers. The attached Supplement C should he placed with this bulletin as it con tains time schedules for credit of cash items and a list of participating hanks for the South Texas Regional Check Processing Center in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District.
