in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
This is to advise that State National Bank, Odessa, Texas, a
member bank located in the territory served by the El Paso Branch of the
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business today as a conversion
of First State Bank, Odessa, Texas.
The bank has capital of $1,000,000, surplus of $1,000,000 and
undivided profits of $685,000.
