TEXAS November 4, 1963 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the Southern Bank and Trust Com pany, Garland, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business on November 5, 1963. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
