TEXAS November 30,1960 'To the Bank Addressed: We have been advised that the Seminary State Bank, Fort Worth, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank lo cated in the territory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business on December 1, 1960. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
