Fe d e r a l R e s e r v e bank of Da l l a s D A L L A S 13, T E X A S December 12, 1946 To the Bank Addressed: The Riverside State Bank, Fort Worth, Texas, a newly organized nonmember bank, located in the terri tory served by this office, has notified us that it will open for business on December 14, 1946, and that remittance will be made at par, effective on that date, for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. This change will be reflected in the January, 1947, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
