FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, September 15, 1939 R EVISED R E G U LA T IO N S A N D BULLETIN S To the Member Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: For convenience and ready reference there is being sent to each member bank in this district a loose-leaf binder containing a complete and indexed set of the current regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, together with an indexed set of current bulletins describ ing the various services which the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas performs for member banks. The “ bulletins” supersede all numbered “ circulars” which have been heretofore sent to each member bank for its guidance. It is suggested that all previous issues of the numbered circulars of this bank and the regulations of the Board of Governors be destroyed, because many of them have been rendered obsolete by amendments and revisions growing out of new legislation and changing conditions. In the future, whenever a new or revised regulation or operating bulle tin is issued, a copy will be sent to each member bank for insertion in its binder. Additional copies of any bulletin or regulation will be furnished upon request, and the officers of this bank will be glad to answer any questions a member bank may desire to ask in regard to their provisions. Please acknowledge receipt of the binder and contents on the enclosed postal card. Yours very truly, R. R. GILBERT, President This publication was digitized and made available by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas' Historical Library (FedHistory@dal.frb.org)
