Greer, Class A Director, and Gary E. Wood, Class B Director, whose terms expire D e c e m b e r 31, 1989, has been duly held in accordance with the requir e m e n t s of Section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended by the Federal Reserve Reform Act of 1977, and the provisions of C i r cular 89-48 issued by this o f f i « on A ugust 22, 1989. The results of the election are as follows: Robert G. Greer, Chairman of the Board, T a n g l e w o o d Bank, National Association, Houston, Texas, was reelected by banks in Group 2 as a Class A Director. Gary E. Wood, President, Texas Research League, Austin, Texas, was reelected by banks in Group 3 as a Class B Director. Each d i r e c t o r was reelected for a term of three y ears to begin J a n u a r y 1, 1990.
