Adams, Class A D irector, and Stewart Orton, Class B D irector, whose terms expire December 31, 1979, has been duly held in accordance with the require ments of Section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended by the Federal Reserve Reform Act of 1977, and the provisions of C ircular No. 79-144 issued by this office under date of August 21, 1979. The results of the election are as follows: Robert D. Rogers, President and Chief Executive O fficer, Texas Industries, In c ., Dallas, Texas, was elected by banks in Group 1 as a Class B D ire cto r. John P. Gilliam , President and Chief Executive O fficer, First National Bank in Valley M ills, Valley M ills, Texas, was elected by banks in Group 3 as Class A D ire c to r. Each director was elected for a term of three years to begin January 1, 1980.
