TEXAS 75222 Circular No. 73-308 November 28, 1973 RESERVES OF MEMBER BANKS To All Member Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: There is attached an amendment to Regulation D which became effective on November 26, 1973* On September i k , 1973 the Board of Governors announced that it was considering changes in the definition of "Gross demand deposits" to include certain "Other liability" accounts. The comment period has expired and the Board has decided to adopt the proposal. The attached amendment to Regulation D should be included in your binder of bulletins and regulations issued by this Bank. Yours very truly, P. E.
