WALLACE FIRST VIC E P R ES ID EN T September 5 , 1990 d a lla s ,te x a s 75222 AND CH IE F O PER A TIN G O FFIC ER Circular 90-64 TO: The Chief Executive Officer of each member bank and others concerned in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District SUBJECT Removal from List of Specially Designated Nationals of Cuba DETAILS The Director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued a memorandum announcing removal of the following from the list of specially designated nationals of Cuba, effective August 1, 1990: Azrak, Victor, Panama Calpar de Panama, S.A., Panama CITA, Canary Islands Pan Canal Shipping Company, Panama Televisora Nacional Canal 2, Panama The entities listed below have been removed from the list of specially designated nationals of Cuba, effective June 18, 1990: Hotel Suites Alvear, Panama Melo y Cia., Panama Accounts in which the above-named subjects have an interest are no longer blocked, and transactions involving those subjects and their accounts are permissible as of the effective date of removal from the list of specially designated nationals of Cuba.
