Extension of the Expiration Date of Forms

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has extended,
for three years, the expiration dates of the following forms:

The forms are promulgated under Regulations G, T, U and X, issued by the Board
of Governors of the Federal Reserve System relating to margin requirements on
securities credit transactions. These regulations govern Securities Credit By
Persons Other Than Banks, Brokers, or Dealers, (Regulation G); Credit By
Brokers and Dealers, (Regulation T); Credit By Banks For the Purpose of
Purchasing Or Carrying Margin Stocks, (Regulation U); and Rules Governing
Borrowers Who Obtain Securities Credit, (Regulation X).
The forms are new in format only, and no substantive changes have
been made. Accordingly, all existing copies of the forms may be used, but all
new printings should bear the new date and be printed in exact duplicate. A
limited supply of the forms are available upon request from the Consumer
Affairs Section of our Bank Supervision and Regulations Department, Ext. 6169.
