It will be recalled from our circular o f September 25, 1948, that persons engaged in business su bject to the Regulation are required to file a registration state m ent n ot later than N ovem ber 19, 1948. W hile some tim e still remains within which to com ply w ith this requirement, we are, nevertheless, taking the liberty o f again bringing the m atter to your attention. A ccordingly, an additional set o f registration statement form s is en closed. (The duplicate m ay be retained in your files.) It will be observed that the form includes instructions on the reverse side in regard to report ing “ instalment receivables ow ned” against Item II. Registrants should file their registration statements with the Federal R eserve Bank o f Dallas or the branch (E l Paso, Houston, or San A ntonio) which serves the territory in which the registrant is located.
