WALLACE DALLAS, TEXAS 7 5 2 2 2 F IR S T V IC E P R E S ID E N T January 24, 1986 Circular 86-12 TO: All depository institutions in the Head Office Territory of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District SUBJECT Rates for the wrapping of coin shipped in regulated transportation DETAILS On January 15, 1986, the Railroad Commission of Texas issued a supplement to Motor Freight Commodity Tariff No. 50-F to include rates for the service of wrapping coin shipped to financial institutions in regulated transportation. Effective January 23, 1986, the tariff rates will be applicable to wrapped coin ordered from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and shipped over the road in Texas (outside the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial zone). Charges for wrapping coin shipped in traffic not regulated by the Texas Tariff will continue at the rate as previously published in Circular No. 82-164.
