Treasury Department FOREIGN FUNDS CONTROL November 14,1945 PUBLIC CIRCULAR NO. 15, AS AMENDED, UNDER EXECUTIVE: ORDER NO. 8389, AS AMENDED, EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 9193, AS AMENDED, SECTIONS 3(a) AND 5(b) OF THE TRADING WITH THE ENEMY ACT, AS AMENDED BY THE' FIRST WAR POWERS ACT, 1941, RELAT ING TO FOREIGN FUNDS CONTROL.* Public Circular No. 15 is hereby amended to read as follows: WAIVER OF CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS (1) Reports under licenses. All requirements for reports under general or other licenses are hereby waived, except as to General Licenses Nos. 42, 49, 50, 52, 58, 59, 60, 61, 68A, 70, and 75. (2) Reports under Pubic Circular No. 14. The reporting requirements of Public Circular No. 14 are also waived. FRED M.
