TEXAS April 5, 1957 To the Bank Addressed: The Plains State Bank, Plains, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, has notified us that it will open for business April 6, 1957, and that remit tance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. The combined A.B.A. transit number and routing symbol of the new bank is 88-2320. 1113 This addition will be shown in the May 1957 supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
