Federal Reserve b a n k of Da llas D A L L A S 13, T E X A S October 31, 1945 To the Member Banks of the Elevfehth Federal Reserve District: Reference is made to our circular letter of October 29, 1945, relating to the holidays which will be observed by the Federal Reserve banks and branches during the month of November. We have now been advised by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System that the Governor of Oklahoma has proclaimed Monday, November 12, a legal holiday to be observed, as Armistice Day and that the Oklahoma City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City will be closed on that day.
