Russell, Assistant Cashier o f the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank o f Dallas, will retire on October 1, 1967, under the provisions of the Retirement System of the Federal Reserve Banks after 44 years of service. Mr. Russell’s career began at the Head Office in Dallas in February 1923. He was transferred to the San Antonio Branch in 1927 and has been an officer of that Branch since 1950. Robert W. Schultz has been promoted to the position o f Assistant Cashier o f the San Antonio office, succeeding Mr. Russell. Mr. Schultz was employed in the Transit Department o f the San Antonio Branch in 1948. Since that time, he has held several positions throughout the Bank, includ ing that o f Assistant Manager of the Transit Department. Yours very truly, Watrous H.
