To All Banks in the
Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

Theodore C. Arnold, Cashier of the El Paso Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of
Dallas, retired on May 1, 1967, under the provisions of the Retirement System of the Federal
Reserve Banks after 45 years of service. Mr. Arnold’s career began at the El Paso Branch
the latter part of 1921 in auditing work. He has been an officer of the Branch since 1948.
Forrest E. Coleman has been promoted from his present position of Assistant Cashier
at the El Paso office succeeding Mr. Arnold as Cashier. Mr. Coleman began at the Dallas
Head Office in 1956 as a Junior Assistant Examiner. At the beginning of 1959, he was
transferred to the El Paso Branch and has been an officer of that Branch since 1962.
Thomas H. Robertson’s career began at the El Paso Branch in 1959, and he has held
several assignments becoming manager of the Accounting Department in 1965. Mr. Robert­
son succeeded Mr. Coleman as Assistant Cashier of the El Paso Branch on May 1, 1967.
