F ederal Reserve Bank DALLAS, TEXAS of Dallas 75222 Circular No. 71-312 December 28, 1971 OFFICIAL AMOUNCEMENT To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: It is a pleasure to announce that the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has made the following changes in the official staff of the Head Office and Branches, effective January 1, 1972: Rasco R. Story, Cashier of the Houston Branch, has been promoted to Vice President assigned to the Houston Branch. Jesse D. Sanders, Assistant Cashier at the Head Office, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. E. W. Vorlop, Jr., Vice President at the Head Office, has been designated Vice President and Controller. In conformance with recent trends in titles of bank officers, the titles of Cashier and Assistant Cashier are being discontinued, and the following changes will become effective January 1, 1972: At the Head Office, Tony J. Salvaggio, Senior Vice President and Cashier, has been designated Senior Vice President, and C. L. Vick, Assistant Cashier, has been designated Operations Officer. At the El Paso Branch, Forrest E. Coleman, Cashier, has been desig nated Assistant Vice President, and Thomas H. Robertson, Assistant Cashier, has been designated Operations Officer. John N. Ainsworth and R. J. Schoenhoff, Assistant Cashiers at the Houston Branch, have been designated Operations Officers. San Antonio Branch Cashier Frederick J. Schmid has been designated Assistant Vice President, and Thomas C. Cole and Robert W. Schultz, Assistant Cashiers, have been designated Operations Officers.
