TEXAS of Dallas 75222 Circular No. 81-244 December 29, 1981 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT: It is a pleasure to announce that the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has made several changes in the official staff of the Bank. The following changes a t the Head Office and Branches will be effective January 1, 1982: J. Z. Rowe, Vice President, has been promoted to Senior Vice President in Charge of the Houston Branch. Billy J. Dusek, Assistant Vice President, has been promoted to Vice President. Phillip E. Sellers, Assistant Vice President, has been promoted to Vice President. Carla M. Warberg, Assistant Vice President and Assistant Controller, has been promoted to Vice President. Richard L. Barnes, Senior System Automation Consultant, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Terry B. Campbell, Director of Applications Systems, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Johnny L. Johnson, Automation Project Coordinator, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
