New Gateways for Federal Reserve
Account Management and Service Charge Information
The Federal Reserve System is pleased to announce new information gateways that
provide Federal Reserve account management and service charge information to your institution
via the Internet as part of the FedLine® for the Web access channel. We believe your institution
will benefit from these applications and would like to offer you the opportunity to take advantage
of the enhanced products.
Account Management Information is designed to significantly enhance accounting
information services currently available through your DOS-based FedLine terminal. In the DOSbased application, you must request multiple report options to receive complete accounting
information. The Account Management Information application integrates all accounting information to provide you comprehensive real-time access to intra-day account balance information.
Enhanced features include the capability to “point and click” to drill down from summary totals
to selected individual transactions, as well as the ability to search for a specific accounting entry
or group of accounting entries. Customers can also view up to five days of statement of account
activity online, up to two days of notifications and advices, and can download and/or print
statement information.
Service Charge Information provides enhanced online access to billing information
currently available on your monthly Statement of Service Charges. The Service Charge Information application integrates and presents billing summary and detail statement information as a
complete package. Customers are then able to select the level of desired detail, as well as download and/or print the summary and detail statement information.
