TEXAS September 28, 1961 To the Bank Addressed: The Merchants Exchange Bank, Unincorporated, Benavides, Texas, located in our San Antonio Branch Territory, has been removed from the Federal Reserve Par List September 28, 1961, at the bank's own request. Items included in our cash letter of September 26 have been returned unpaid and will be returned to endorsers today. We have been advised by the drawee bank that items in our cash letter of September 27 are to be returned to us unpaid. When these checks are received they will be returned to endorsers in the usual manner.
