To All Banks
in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

The Medina Valley State Bank, Devine, Texas, an insured,
nonmember bank located in the territory served by the San Antonio
Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will begin remitting
at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve
Bank, effective July 1, 197^.

The bank is being assigned Federal

Reserve Bank routing symbol U U 9.
The June 197^- supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List
will show Devine, Texas as a par point.
