To the Bank Addressed:

The Louisiana Bank & Trust Company, Shreveport, Louisi­
ana, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank, located in the
territory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank
of Dallas, has notified us that it will open for business on Jan­
uary 10, 1956, and that remittance will be made at par for checks
drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. The
combined A.B.A. transit and routing symbol number of the new
bank Is 84-494.

We understand that an office to be known as the Mid-City
Branch will also open on the same date and that offices to be
known as the Beck Building Branch and the Lakeshore Branch
will open for business later.
