Fed eral Reserve bank of Dallas D A L L A S 13, T E X A S January 2, 1947 To the Bank Addressed: The Lake Jackson State Bank, Lake Jackson, Texas, a newly organized nonmember bank located in the territory served by the Houston Branch, opened for business today, January 2, and has notified this bank that remittance will be made at par, effective immediately, for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. This change will be reflected in the January, 1947, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
