FED ERAL RESERVE BAN K OF D ALLA S D A L L A S 13, T E X A S August 8, 1946 To the Bank Addressed: The Jefferson State Bank, San Antonio, Texas, a newly organized par, nonmember bank, located in the territory served by the San Antonio Branch, has notified us that it will open for business on August 12, 1946. Checks drawn on the new institution are col lectible by mail and, accordingly, cash items received for collection by the Federal Reserve Bank Branch of San Antonio will be handled on a deferred basis under the terms of our current bulletin on Transit Operations. This addition will be reflected in the September supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
