TEXAS September 14, 1964 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised th at the Island State Bank, Port Aransas, Texas, a newly organized nonmember bank located in the ter ritory served by the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business today, Sep tember 14, 1964. The bank has notified us th a t remittance will be made a t par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. The fractional tran sit number of the new bank is 88-221. 1141 Port Aransas, Texas will be shown as an addition in the October 1964 supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
