Because of improved on-time pe rformance by our In terdistrict
Tra nsp o r t a t i o n System (ITS), we are able to offer d e posi tors b etter a v a i l a b i l ­
ity on all federal items d eposited in mixed or o ther federal cash letters at
the San A n t o n i o Office.
Beginning O c tob er 15, 1990, the fractional a v a i l a b i l ­
ity on such items will be increased from 94 percent to 97 percent.
We are pleased to pass the benefits of our improved transp ortat ion
system to y o u in the form of additional funds availability.
