IMPORTANT
C H A N G E IN METHOD OF RETURNING
UNPAID ITEMS

TO MEMBER BANKS OF DISTRICT NUMBER ELEVEN:
Effective immediately all items received by
member banks from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas
or its Branches that are for any reason unpaid must
be returned direct to the Federal Reserve Bank of
Dallas or Branch from which received.
Returned items should be listed on member
bank's own stationery, on which its name mustappear, giving complete description of items return­
ed and reason therefor.
These instructions supersede all previous
instructions as to the method of returning unpaid
items direct to banks depositing with the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas or its Branches by the use
of forms DCH-4 or TR-4 and member banks are re­
quested to destroy any supply of the above mention­
ed forms which they may have on hand.
