FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS DALLAS, TEXAS August 24,1956 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: For your information, we are informed that all of the Federal Reserve Banks and Branches will be closed on Monday, September 3, in observance of Labor Day. We are also informed that the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and its Los Angeles Branch will observe September 10 as a holiday and will be closed on that date.
