Dallas, Texas, August 24, 1942

To the Member Bank Addressed:

Monday, September 7, Labor Day, will be observed as a holiday by this
bank and its El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio branches, as well as by all
other Federal Reserve banks and branches with the exception of the
Charlotte branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Little
Rock branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
In addition, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has
advised that the following holidays will be observed by other Federal
Reserve banks and branches during the month of September, 1942:
September 9 :

San Francisco
Los Angeles

September 12:

Baltimore
