Dallas, Texas, August 19, 1941

To the Member Bank Addressed:
Monday, September 1, Labor Day, will be observed as a holiday by this
bank and its El Paso, Houston and San Antonio Branches, as well as by all
other Federal Reserve banks and branches.
In addition, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has
advised that the following holidays will be observed by other Federal
Reserve banks and branches during the month of September, 1941:
