To the Member Bank Addressed:

Thursday, May 30, Memorial Day, will be observed as a holiday by this
bank and its branches, as well as by all other Federal Reserve banks and.
branches, with the exception of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and
its branches at Birmingham, Jacksonville, and New Orleans. In addition,
the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has advised that
the following holidays will be observed by other Federal Reserve banks and
branches during the month of May, 1940:
