To the Member and Nonmember Gearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

For your information this bank and its branches at El Paso,
Houston, and San Antonio will be closed on Saturday, February 12,
in observance o f Lincoln’s Birthday. The following other Federal Re­
serve Bank Branches will also be closed on February 12:
Nashville
Memphis
Helena
On Tuesday, February 22, this bank and its branches will be closed
in observance of Washington’s Birthday. A ll other Federal Reserve
Banks and Branches, with the exception of the following, will also be
closed on February 22:
Atlanta
Little Rock
Minneapolis

Oklahoma City
Omaha
Los Angeles
Portland
