To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District :
For your information, all Federal Reserve Banks and branches will ob­
serve Thursday, November 24, Thanksgiving Day, as a holiday and will
be closed on that date. On Friday, November 11, Armistice Day, all Federal
Reserve Banks and branches will be closed with the exception of the fol­
lowing :
Atlanta
Minneapolis
Oklahoma City
For your further information, the following other holidays will be
observed by Federal Reserve Banks and branches during the month of
November, 1949:

will be closed after 1:00 p.m. on that date.
We are transmitting this information to you for your guidance in con­
nection with transit operations and transfers of funds.
