TEXAS December 27, 1961 To the Member and N(mmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: For your information, all of the Federal Reserve banks and branches will be closed on Monday, January 1, 1962. The Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will be open Saturday, January 6, 1962, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. However, that branch, which was previously scheduled to be open on December 30,1961, from 9 :00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, will be closed on that date in observance of a holiday declared by the Governor of Kentucky.
