HOLIDAYS

TO ALL MEMBER BANKS IN THE
ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT:
During the remainder o f 1982, this Bank and its Branches at El
Paso, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas, will observe the follow ing holidays and
will not be open on the d a te s indicated below:
February 15, Presidents' Day
May 31, Memorial Day
July 5, Independence Day
Septem ber 6, Labor Day
O ctober 11, Columbus Day
Novem ber 11, Veterans' Day
N ovem ber 25, Thanksgiving Day
D e c e m b er 24, Christm as Day
In accord an ce with the T exas s ta t u t e s relatin g to bank holidays,
should July 4, Novem ber 11, or D e c e m b er 25 occur on a Saturday, this Bank
will be closed the preceding Friday. Should January 1, July 4, N ovem ber 11,
or D e c e m b er 25 occur on a Sunday, this Bank will be closed the follow ing
Monday.
This is also to inform you that the D e tr o it Branch o f the Federal
R e serv e Bank o f C hicago will process transfers o f funds and s e cu ritie s
transfers on February 12, 1982, Lincoln's birthday, which is a banking holiday
for that o f f ic e .
