To All Banks of the
(Eleventh Federal Reserve District
This is to advise that the Gruver State Bank, Graver,
Texas, located in the territory served by our Head Office, was
admitted to membership in the Federal Reserve System today.
The institution opened for business as a primary organization
September 7, 1946.
The new member bank has paid in capital funds of $75,000
comprised of capital $50,000, surplus $15,000, and undivided
profits of $10,000.
Its officers and directors are as follows:
