The First State Bank, Premont, Texas, a
newly organized nonmember bank, located in the
territory served by the San Antonio Branch, has
notified us that it will open for business today,
May 15, 1947, and that remittance will be made at
par, effective immediately, for checks drawn on it
when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
This change will be reflected in the June,
1947, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
