T E X A S January 18, 1946 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the First State Bank of Odem, Texas, located in the territory served by the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, was admitted to member ship in the Federal Reserve System today. The new member bank has capital of $25,000, surplus of $7,500, undivided profits of $1,700, and total resources of $400,000.
