Fe d e r a l R e s e r v e bank of Dallas D A L L A S 13, T EXA S April 23, 1946 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the First State Bank of Corpus Christi, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the ter ritory served by our San Antonio Branch, was admitted to membership in the Federal Reserve System today.
