FILM STRIP ON TRUTH IN LENDING
To All Banks, Other Creditors, and Others Concerned
in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
To assist creditors in preparing to meet the July 1 deadline for
compliance with the Federal Truth in Lending Act, the Board of Governors
of the Federal Reserve System has prepared a film strip which deals with
the highlights of the truth in lending program.
The film strip is designed for use with a Dukane projector, which
uses 35 mm. film and a 33 r.p.m. record. The film is synchronized with the
narration, and the entire presentation takes approximately 18 minutes.
The film strip is available on loan at no cost from the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas and its Branches. It should be a valuable training
aid for employees, as well as an interesting showing for meetings of trade
associations, civic groups, and the like.
Requests for loan of the film strip should give as many alternative
dates as possible, with indication of preference, and should be addressed
to the officer indicated at our nearest office:
Mr. Leon W. Cowan
Vice President
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

Mr. Carl H. Moore

Every effort will be made to supply the film strip in accordance
with requests. We do not, however, have Dukane projectors available. If
you do not have such a projector, or cannot obtain one, we are advised that
rentals can be arranged through the firms listed on the reverse.
The film strips are also available for purchase at $10 per set.
Requests for purchase should be forwarded, prepaid, to:
