FEDERAL Reserve bank O F DALLAS Dallas, Texas, April 19,1961 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: Please refer to the time schedule effective March 1, 1959, which is part of our Bulle tin No. 6 of the same date. On this schedule it is stated that if any Federal Reserve bank or branch should adopt Daylight Saving Time, the time shown on the schedule would automatically be advanced one hour for the period of time the Daylight Saving Plan is observed by such Federal Reserve bank or branch.
