To the Member Bank Addressed:

Reference is made to my circular dated November 18, 1932, announcing the results of the election of Class A
and B directors of this bank by member banks. Since the date of that circular the Federal Reserve Board has redesig­
nated C. C. W alsh , a Class C director of this bank, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and as Federal Reserve
Agent for the year 1933; reappointed E. R. Brown as a Class C director of this bank for a term of three years from
January 1, 1933; redesignated S. B. P erkins as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors for the year 1933; and
approved the reappointments of C harles C. H all and W . J. Evans, as Assistant Federal Reserve Agents for the year
1933.
The Federal Reserve Board has reappointed A. P. Coles, Investments, El Paso, Texas; J. Cooke W ilson, Presi­
dent, The Wilson-Broach Oil Company, Beaumont, Texas; and appointed R ichard K ing, President, Corpus Christi
National Bank, Corpus Christi, Texas, as directors of our El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio branches, respectively,
for a term of three years from January 1, 1933.
The Board o f Directors of this bank has reappointed A. F. Jones, Cashier, First National Bank, Portales, New
Mexico; N. E. M eador, President, National Bank of Commerce, Houston, Texas; and F ranz C. Groos, President,
Groos National Bank, San Antonio, Texas, as directors of our El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio branches, respec­
tively, for a term o f three years, from January 1, 1933.
With these changes the Boards of Directors of this bank, and its El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio branches,
and the officers elected by the Board of Directors, and those appointed by the Federal Reserve Board, for 1933, are
as follows:
