FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, August 14, 1941 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: Please refer to the time schedule which is part of our Bulletin No. 6, dated September 15, 1939. On this schedule it is stated that if any Federal Reserve bank or branch should adopt daylight saving time, the time shown on the schedule would automatically be advanced one hour for the length of time the daylight saving plan is observed by such Federal Reserve bank or branch.
