F ederal reserve Ba n k DALLAS, TEXAS of Dallas 75222 Circular No. 81-79 April 16, 1981 CROSS-ZONE PRESENTMENT OF CASH LETTERS TO ALL DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS AND OTHERS CONCERNED IN THE ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT: This Bank's commercial check fee schedule, which is to be effective August 1, 1981, does not include a fee for the delivery of cash letters outside of this Bank's territory. Arrangements for the delivery of cash letters outside of our territory are made on a case-by-case basis, and in addition to the applicable published fee, the extra expenses associated with any such arrangeĀ ments will be borne by the paying institution requesting it. Reserve Bank personnel are available to provide assistance with either arranging or negotiating the necessary courier arrangements on behalf of the payor institutions.
