FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, April 26, 1941 CONDITION OF MEMBER BANKS, APRIL 4, 1941 To the Member Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: Condition reports of all member banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District, as of April 4, 1941, show total deposits of $1,770,413,000, reflecting a net gain of $32,023,000 since December 31, 1940, and an increase of $203,673,000 since March 26, 1940. Loans, including overdrafts, as compared with March 26,1940, show a net increase of $96,804,000, while total loans and investments show a net increase of $126,995,000 for the same period. As compared with March 26, 1940, call, individual demand deposits and individual time deposits registered net gains of $142,050,000 and $5,550,000, respectively. Borrowings, as of April 4, 1941, aggregated $268,000, of which $33,000 represented borrowings from the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
