Federal Reserve bank DA LLAS, TEXAS of Dallas 75222 Circular No. 69-1 January 3, 1969 To All Banks in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the Community National Bank, Austin, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the territory served by the San Antonio Branch of the FedĀ eral Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business Thursday, January 2, 1969, as a member of the Federal Reserve System. The new member bank has capital of $200,000, surplus of $200,000 and undivided profits of $200,000. Its officers and directors are as follows: OFFICERS J. W.
